There is a great mystery to be solved, maybe you'll be
able to understand.
In the town of the man called the Madman, a great mystery has appeared and
they are looking for all the learned men who can understand and decipher
it.
And it says: " The sun will not give its light, neither the moon its
shine. The stars will fall from the sky just as scattered leaves and will
fall to the earth and as dust will turn into ashes. Desolated is the
earth, the graves are open and even the white washed skulls don't have not
even a withered smile; they all, even the dead and forgotten seem to cry.
The earth does not give fruits anymore, the trees have fallen to the
ground. There is not even a flower, just thorns. Who can decipher this?"
A learned man said: The end of the world.
Another: The end of humanity.
Other said: Chaos of the climate.
Another said: World War III
Other said: Divine punishment.
Many came and said somewhat the same but nobody got it right.
Then, the man called Madman, was passing by, he seemed like absentminded.
And the townspeople called him and asked him: " Do you know the answer?"
And he said: " Am I supposed to know more than the learned men and
erudite?"
Nevertheless people insisted, trying to make fun of him. And he
answered: " You all have said part of the truth but not the whole truth
since you forgot what's fundamental.
If you ever saw the sun's light off,
the moon no longer caressing the night, the stars not shining, the fields
not blooming and even the death seem to cry, is not because the world has
ended or will be ended, what happens is even worse, something that would
frighten the same fright, something that would make darkness escape.
In
these humble declarations, if chaos would arrive, is for only one reason
and may God protect us, because that day would be the most terrible one,
the day that shouldn't arrive because this must not happen:
The day that
Love died." |
