Art and Meditation have similar aspects.
They are always looking for inspiration, equilibrium, harmony, peace,  serenity, contemplation.
And above all, they are trying to flow in the deepest and most complex theme and spiritual feeling, by unfolding the inner part to the external. And at the same time, by uniting the external with the inner part.  Meditation and Art are really two words that  describe parallel paths.
